STATEMENT OF FAITH
GOD There is one and only one God. His name is Yahweh. He also calls Himself El-Shaddai, Yahweh-M'Kaddesh, Yahweh-Rophe, and even Jealous. In fact, in the Bible there are over a 1000 names referring to the one God. He is the one perfect, infinite, eternal God with many names. He is the creator of, owner of, and provider to everyone and everything. And He has three persons; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Wrap your brain around that! LORD JESUS CHRIST The Lord Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. He came to earth and was killed for the everyone's sins, but His own. He was sinless. He died. He was buried. He rose from the dead. He is alive with the Father in heaven today. HOLY SPIRIT The Holy Spirit is alive and well and living in Christians who have accepted the free gift of eternal life. He instructs everyone about sin, righteousness, and judgment. THE BIBLE The Bible is true. The Bible is perfect. The Bible is eternal. The Bible is the only Word of God. If you do what it says, you will see Jesus and you will be free. HUMANS Humans do bad things. They payment for doing those bad things is death, physical and spiritual. Spiritual death is separation from God and destruction. JESUS MADE THE PAYMENT Jesus Christ made the payment for every bad thing done in the past, the present and the future by anyone and everyone. TAKE THE THING OFFERED The only way a person can be completely safe from separation from God and destruction is to personally accept the free gift of Jesus Christ's death. To take the gift, you must: (1) have regret for doing bad things, (2) believe that Jesus is living, not dead, and (3) tell Jesus Christ the Lord He may take control of your life. COMPLETELY SAFE WITHOUT A DOUBT Once you accept the free gift from God, you can't lose it. SAFETY DOES NOT COME FROM DOING GOOD THINGS Consider the sacrifice God made. Now He can offer you the opportunity to be with Him for ever and be safe from destruction. If you think you can gain the same safety in the presence of God by doing your own good things, you are demonstate the height of arrogance. I strongly suggest you reconsider your position.
